🧂 Ingredients
2 cups flour
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
Warm water to knead
Oil or ghee for cooking

Mix flour, salt and oil. Add warm water and knead into soft dough.

Rest dough for 20 minutes.

Roll out thin, spread oil on top and fold into layers.

Roll again into round shape.

Cook on hot tawa with oil or ghee until golden on both sides.

💡 Tips
Resting the dough is key for soft paratha.
Use ghee instead of oil for richer flavor.
