🧂 Ingredients
3 potatoes boiled and cubed
1 onion sliced
2 green chillies
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Oil
Fresh coriander

Heat oil, add cumin seeds.

Add onion and chillies, fry until soft.

Add potatoes, turmeric and salt.

Stir-fry on medium heat for 5 minutes.

Garnish with coriander and serve.

Boil potatoes the night before to save time.
