🧂 Ingredients
4 tbsp tamarind paste
3 cups cold water
3 tbsp sugar
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
¼ tsp black salt
¼ tsp chaat masala
Ice cubes
Fresh mint to garnish

Dissolve tamarind paste in 1 cup warm water, strain to remove seeds.

Add remaining cold water and sugar, stir until dissolved.

Add cumin, black salt and chaat masala.

Taste and adjust sweet-sour balance.

Add ice and garnish with mint.

Serve immediately.
💡 Tips
Adjust sugar and tamarind to your taste preference.
Can be made ahead and refrigerated without ice.
