🧂 Ingredients
1 cup yogurt
1 cup cold water
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
½ tsp black salt
¼ tsp white pepper
¼ tsp dry mint powder
1 tsp sugar
Ice cubes

Blend yogurt and water until smooth.

Add cumin, black salt, white pepper, mint and sugar.

Blend again briefly.

Add ice and serve cold.
💡 Tips
Borhani should be slightly sour — don't add too much sugar.
Best served right after a heavy iftar meal.
