🧂 Ingredients
8 medjool dates pitted
2 cups cold milk
½ tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp honey (optional)
Ice cubes
Crushed pistachios to garnish

Soak dates in warm milk for 10 minutes to soften.

Blend dates, milk, cardamom and honey until smooth.

Add ice and blend briefly.

Pour into glasses and garnish with crushed pistachios.
💡 Tips
Dates are naturally very sweet — taste before adding honey.
Use Ajwa or Medjool dates for best flavor.
