🧂 Ingredients
2 cups boiled chickpeas
1 onion finely chopped
2 green chillies chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chaat masala
2 tbsp tamarind water
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander

Mix boiled chickpeas with onion, tomato and chilli.

Add cumin powder, chaat masala and salt.

Add tamarind water and mix well.

Garnish with fresh coriander.

Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes.
💡 Tips
Add a squeeze of lemon for extra tang.
Can be made ahead and refrigerated.
