Egg Paratha
Flaky layered paratha stuffed with spiced egg — a filling sehri favourite.

🧂 Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 onion chopped
2 green chillies chopped
½ tsp turmeric
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
📋 Steps

Knead flour with water and salt into soft dough. Rest for 20 minutes.

Roll out dough thin, fold with oil to create layers.

Beat eggs with onion, chilli, turmeric and salt.

Cook paratha on pan, pour egg mixture on top and fold.

Cook until golden on both sides.

Serve with dal or pickle.
💡 Tips
Rest the dough well for softer paratha.
Cook on medium heat for even browning.
