Chicken Curry
Light chicken curry with thin gravy — easy to eat at sehri and keeps you full all day.

🧂 Ingredients
500g chicken
1 onion sliced
2 tomatoes chopped
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
Oil
Fresh coriander
📋 Steps

Heat oil and fry onions until soft.

Add ginger, garlic paste and fry 2 minutes.

Add tomatoes, turmeric, cumin and salt.

Add chicken and cook until color changes.

Add 1 cup water and cook on medium heat until chicken is tender.

Garnish with coriander and serve with rice.

Keep gravy thin for easy digestion at sehri.
Cook a double batch the night before to save time.
